what size is the 4x4 slash battery tray

I have the new nano-tec 3s 5000 45-90c lipos that are currently used in my 3905 MAXX
Length-A(mm) 165
Height-B(mm) 59
Width-C(mm) 25

and Im wondering if they will fit a slash as well. I checked traxxas out but didnt find any tray specs.

I am thinking of selling off my mmm 2200 maxx and one of my rusty vxls and getting a used platinum to bash with.

I love my maxx its beasty but i'm a quadriplegic and have to have help with putting in the batteries and pluging them in and I want to be able to do it my self. I can't do the velcro straps. I can do my rusty with ease as its a simple bar with body clips. my hands dont work so I use locking forceps to hold the clip and force it in. And I have no issues with the deans plug as it doesn't spark bad on 2s. Nor do I have issues with the body or setting up my charger. I shake some so I don't dare try to hook up my mmm as I often just touch the plugs together with no success and don't want to burn it up.

I know I could do it with a FLM chassis and custom trays but I want 1 battery simplicity and lighter truck that I can load in my van easier.

I checked the idiot forum; 166mm (long ) x 49.5mm ( wide ) x 25mm (tall ) fits fine apparently, may just need to make a little clearance depending where the wires exit the pack- you may also need the extended hold-down for taller lipos- part #5827x I believe. 59mm tall lipos sound a little on the big side, you may have some issues- a lighter can be used to stretch the plastic hold-down over the battery though if all else fails..
