Old school MM issue
 

Dug out an old MM I had which I'd never looked at since it stopped working one day.

Updated firmware to 1.30

Unit powers up fine but won't power the receiver, when an external battery pack is fitted to rec, all 3 LED's flash and no response to throttle input

Repairable? Needs a new case (or A CASE!) or can I upgrade this thing?

when your using the external battery pack, do you pull the red wire from the MM receiver wire?

tried with and without, no change

1.30 won't work on some MM's (none of mine), try 1.23
