Very nice looking truggy there. Have you had any times to use it yet?

Is this a vehicle your going to be racing or just bashing/playing with?

thanks nastety92 !!

i had a couple of run in my front yard that is asphalt.. i'm going right now to my first offroad test run..

this vehicle is BtB: born to bash!! (i know, the servo is a bit overkill with 400+ oz and too slow for racing with 0.15s)

i was tired to replacig diff in my e-revo, so my d8t was born to be more durable and faster then my revo!! (or at least i hope so)

unfortunately the brushless scene is not a reality where i live (we're still in love with nitro), so the racing scene is not for this truck at the moment..

but if you have any advice, i'm listening =D eheh

I think your going to love this truck. I've had mine for a few months now and it's been great. I don't think I've broken anything yet.

Mine is a basher as well, I'm in the process of changing the shock spring front and rear along with the center diff fluid. Right now my D8T is fairly low to the ground and it just needs a little more clearance.

I looks like yours sits a little higher than mine, that might be because of the spring you used.

My only recomendation would be thicker center diff fluid. I'm going to start with 50K center diff fluid in mine.

Good luck,
Nick

just back from my favourite spot =D
i cant believe what this truck can do offroad.. handling is perfect, never driven a machine like this before..
i cant understand why its so underprice.. shoud be in the range of 500/600 truggy, for 330 is a real gift..
no broken parts.. 40+ min of runtime (2 runs of 20+ min)..
25+ jumps, not all landed.. (5/6 feet high, 10/12 feet long)
WOT for 30% of the time.. braking hard.. some general abuse..

still perfect =D .. just some scratches on the body and under the chassis..

nastety92 looking at your truck in your thread seems like we have the same springs, orange in the back, blue in front.. what shock fluid do you use? i'm using losi 50wt all around
i dont know if you changed something on your truck but from the photo seems like you have zero preload on rear shock..

for the center diff i also think that i need a thicker fluid, its almost impossible to wheelie on concret, but stock is 7k.. maybe im going to start with 20k instead of 10k..
what diff fluid are you running at the moment? 50k seems sooooo much..
what do you brushless guys run in center diff?
