I saw a video of that a little while back, awesome machine indeed. I'd love to see one of those filled with lipos and some unholy Neu motor, would make a wicked platform for a speed record me thinks...

Bad azzz

That is one bad azzzz looking vehicle. Nicely designed and very solid setup. With all of that aluminum maching and fiberglass construction I would bet that this will be one expensive toy. Looks like at least two grand. I would love to have one and try my hands at some road racing R/C.

IDK if I was looking at that right but I thought it was understeering quite a bit. Is that how they run 1/5 onroad?

ANGRY-ALIEN 09.05.2011 09:57 PM

wow! that thing looks awesome!!!! :surprised: ... didn't sound like it could get all that power to the tarmac though...

^^That's my only issue with an otherwise brilliant design. A 1520 on 6S should be more than enough to power it to speeds the chassis can barely handle. Anything more than that is extreme overkill in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, overkill in an offroad vehicle can be fun, wheelies on demand, acrobatic manuvers due to sheer power. On-road.. all you do is spin the wheels or the entire car in circles. Looks like it's only rwd too. Meh..

I like this one better, 3060 lehner powered

he is also making a 2wd buggy that has promise

It's a 4x4 smoke machine!... gosh, even with four wheel drive that car is having challenges with traction... nice bit engineering though ...
