Cannot get a hold of support

I sent back my SCT system about a month ago and I have not recived an e-mail confirming that it was recived. I have also tried to e-mail support to get some answers, but haven't got an e-mail back. Can Patrick or Tomas help me out?

Call them. They are swamped with Ice HV and Mamba XL returns.

Could somebody say me how long it will take till they send me an e-mail back? Waiting for over 5 days now, I remember it being 1 day (in the past) for a response from them.
I would like to call but my English is so %(*#@ that it would take ages to explain them what happened to my HV 160 esc. And I would need a translator too :lol:
