My XT8 build.

Picked up a pre 2009 Xray XT8 Truggy in a trade this summer and it didn't take long for me to decide i was going to convert it to Electric. Also didn't take long to decide to do it with an RC-Monster kit. :)

When i got it.

still using the old nitro shell for now. Deciding whether i buy an XT8 shell or figure out which proline bulldog body will work proper.

From an aesthetic stand point this chassis conversion is top notch, Mike you did a great job on this one. :yipi:

Next on my to-do list is figure out gearing. Right now it has the stock 45t spur and i have a 18t pinion on there. No clue how it will run and to this point i haven't even looked at gearing, am i even close to where i should be with 4s and the 2200kv?

New body... still needs paint. /duh

Grabbed a Proline Bulldog for the D8T, fits pretty darn good.

Cant find my reamer, body is sitting on the posts right now, so it will settle a bit lower of course.
