clarification for other products...

I understand Castle has a tremendous recall to deal with, but i have a question on the non-recalled products.

is Castle still on 3 weeks for a repair or replacement on something like a mamba max pro?

reason i'm asking is i sent one in at the end of october and haven't heard anything back yet...it was outside the warranty so i filled out the card payment info...i just wanted to get a replacement.

I hate to call or email the tech dept because i know how busy they must be. i'd just like to have a ballpark time frame in mind. if it's 6-12 weeks or whatever, like i said, no biggie, i'm just wondering.

Well, honestly I don't know the answer, and I didn't have time yesterday to ask. It would be best to call, the tech support guys should know.

Thanx!

They're a fairly small company working on repairing something like 60,000 units so I'd imagine they have every able-bodied person in the shop working on getting those back out. Warranties might have a bit of a wait, there's no harm in picking up a spare!

it's cool, like i said i just was trying to get a ballpark. Jenny said it would be a couple of more weeks on the mamba max pros.

i have a couple of backups available so it's all good. :) i kinda felt like a tool for even calling knowing how busy they are, but R/C is all that keeps me sane.:whistle:
