i'm good. tanks :-)

we went for a test spin on the street but pinion loctite wasnt cured and ;well; you know lol.

How much does it weight with lipos ready to run? How much does the stock body alone weight? I suspect the body and roll cage are fairly heavy. Let us know.

I want a brushless 5ive so bad! I like your clean setup.

auto2 02.04.2012 11:12 PM

dont have exact weights yet but its lighter than the gas truck. maybe 5 pounds lighter with a 8s 5000 pack.

Kirkinsb 02.05.2012 12:32 AM

make sure you gather some data.. I would love to know what the max amps & watts you are pulling. Ripple would be interesting as well.

Best of luck. i will be waiting to see your results....

Good thanks...very, very busy though...and you?

truck looks great. Sure is a lot of room on that chassis which is nice as it gives you a lot of options to balance the truck

Anyone want to buy a 5b? I need a 5ive-T:yes:

magman 02.05.2012 04:46 PM

Always wanted a 5th scale but not unless 4x4. Too bad they are not sold with out the motors, rollers only

auto2 02.05.2012 05:15 PM

i sold the motor and gas tank and throttle servo and linkage for 300 to a wholesale guy. ive been running up and down the street cycling these new batterys. you know its hard to tell how fast its going. its so stable and huge.

wwent to the track today but the BEC in the brand new mamba XL2 decided to not work. by the time i figured it out and hooked up a reciever pack it was not "RC time" anymore.

_paralyzed_ 02.07.2012 12:16 AM

I think the battery tray should be wider, at least 96mm wide:yes:
