emails ...... and castle support ...... waste the time :(
 

¿whats happening with the support from castle ?

the last 3 weeks I sent more than 10 emails to castle because I have a problem with a hv160 and dont responded anything :( ?

Im from spain and is impossible for me call to usa because is waste many $ with the telephone ....... if they dont respond the emails the support dont exist for the rest of the world
