baja Conversion kit problem, after replacement.
 

Ive got a problem with a conversion i got a hold of which was rectified by Castle support but i now have another problem with the replacement i got.

This was the first problem i had where the quality was nowhere near as good as another conversion i had also bought at the time which was explained to me as a very early set and should have never made it to market.

I wont post all the pictures i have but this gives a good idea of the problem i had with quality

Anyway long story short Castle came back and the guy said he would get the repair team to send me a new conversion free, Which arrived rather quickly i must say.

But the problem is now whoever packaged it has put 2 of the motor mount side plates in the kit instead of 1 motor mount and the other side of the conversion.

So the kit is rendered useless still, i messaged castle back about it a few days ago but no reply as of yet :/

I dont want them to think im making it up, it is a genuine problem that ive been sent 2 motor plates :(

Looks like you received a rough prototype type there... Sorry to hear the troubles but they will take care of you. Have you tried a phone call to support?
