wearing out the delrin ring
 

My first one let the spur run eccentric very bad before I dissassembled and replaced the delrin ring.

Now I'm running again and it's making the same noise after just a few packs.
Seems like the ring is already wearing out.

Mike, did you ever consider making the ring from MDS? Much higher hardness and lubricity than delrin.

This was used in a universal mount and is now in High Voltage Lightning
