revo transmission pin issues
 

Hey guys need a little help here. I converted a revo with the tecno conversion. Have a mmm esc and the 2650 motor in it. Well it keeps breaking the pin in the tranny that holds the 2 speed gears to the shaft.
Ran 3 batts and broke 2 pins. So what is everyone doing to there trannys to keep them running reliable?

Just a thought would adding a center diff help take the load off the pin?

replace the pin with an equal size allen wrench and press it in. It should fit tight. Then dremel off the ends to fit.
