Castle on/off switch
 

Greetings,

Took a big hit and lost power to my controller. Turns out the on/off switch wire mounting pin separated from the board. Is there any way of reconnecting the wire to the board sans the metal tab it usually solders to. Thanks.

Pics have you destroyed the solder pads?

If yes - toast..

unfortunately yes...is the heat sink removal? maybe to reconnect from the top side.

I doubt it as its s multi layered board. Looks like its s $70 repair.

Time for a XL2 upgrade. Might get it gone for another car I have waiting.
