New Revo
Dear Rc-Monster people, i am sadly going to sell my e-maxx for a nice new REVO, couple of questions, is the revo more durable? My biggest concern is durability, i absoloutly hate when things break.
E-Maxx Specs: G3 Race Suspension G2 CF Chassis MSR5 Integy Shocks RD-Logics front + rear cvd's (With original box and manuals and body, controller etc.) |
The Revo is pretty tough, but your e-maxx is only bulkheads and diffs away from being near bulletproof. A stock revo is more durable than a stock e-maxx for sure. You will miss your e-maxx when it is gone!

It's very tempting, but that hardware would be like bringing a Howitzer to a knife fight for the bashing that I do.
I didn't no to put this in the Revo section or TNX. Which engine is better, the stock Revo engine or the Stock TNX engine. I no you can change the gearing on the Revo, but i just want to no which engine is better without taking gearing into consideration.
TNX engine is better in my opinion. It is an OS .18 vs the Revos TRX .15 (2.5). Both are good engines, but the TRX can be trickier to tune.
I want to temporarly put my TNX engine into my XTM X-Cellerator to see the difference in power. If my TNX flyes with the Engine i can only imagen how fast a 1/10th scale truck would go. HEHEHE hhhmmmmm lots of speed.
there will definately be a difference. the xtm engine is fairly cheesy. Not in the same league at all.
The xtm engine is .18 and is just barley faster than RTR Losi's and Assosiateds.
exactly. The OS is a powerhouse.
os.18 tm is so fast i beat everyone one the race track nothing is better than this engine
i got a revo if ur intersted in trading? I'll include everythign youll need to start in nitro. Just got the engine pinched (similiar to rebuild). Needs to be broken in.
