rear wings that fit emaxx

:032: :027: :dft002: what company make a rear wing that i can bolt on to my emaxx. does any one have a wing on there emaxx and what kind of effect are put on the handling of the truck?

I can say that the wing has saved me from flipping over a few times and the body. I got a flm shock tower newer style with a wing mounted on it. Can't recall the mount i used though.

here is a link to a thread on here with a complete right up on how to do it...with part#'s....it's for a khead shock tower, but use the same concept for stock....if that's what you are running.

I would simply get the FLM towers and a Mugen MBX-5 wing mount. One of Ofna's works as well from what I have heard.

I thought wings were for airplanes.:005:

LOL, good johnnymaxxima! You can also get ti shock towers with the holes pre drilled to mount the wing so you don't need to drill the bulks, or, what i did with the Mugen is use one of the holes on the shock mounting area and the top holes on the bulk mounting area....easy sneezy!

I like the titanium but I think the FLM is a little better. Especially since they have 20 shock mounting positions.

I used the Khead way like I posted earlier, but have since switched to dace towers that have a spot for a wing...and I'm really starting to like it...

squeeforever 07.28.2006 10:02 PM

Yea, I think FLM made a wise choice when they came out with the new ones with the wing mount. Especially since Dace doesn't make there's anymore (or do they?).

sjcrss 07.28.2006 10:30 PM

I think they don't make them anymore...I was able to get mine new from someone on the UE boards..
