could i use lipo batterie with the new novak 4.5 system?? thanks

I heard that you can, but need to watch what voltage you're running thru the esc...

I seen some one run lipos on the orginal hv maxx. I would suggest wiring a
LVC up in the system. That away no worries on damaging the batts.

Yes, you can use 2s 7.4 lipos with a Low voltage cut-off device that cuts power to the motor when the pack drops to 6 volts.
