lipo wont stay in balance?

ever since the first day i got my pack (hyperion 3700 3s) it wont seem to stay in balance. after every run it is in stages from a min imbalance to a big imbalance, i can charge it at any thing over .5 amps or it will charge imbalanced, no matter if im charging through the balancer or not. i love the power and the lightness but this is a pain:mad:1 . what could be going on.:019:

Bad cells??

Thats what I would think...

That's usually the problem if the cells were initially properly matched. My main 4s Lipo pack has a similar problem. I'm pretty sure that it was caused by it falling on the floor, since the cells that hit the ground are the ones that show the imbalance.

Do you mean "...initially improperly matched." I don't want to argue semantics, it's just for us non-experienced users...

I meant that damage to the cells is sometimes the cause of imbalance assuming the pack was initially matched (cells' IR and capacity).

I see. It read a little funny, but now I can see what you are saying...
