9918 and 9L brake fade
 
...the brakes on my set up are not working so good..right now I have the TQ3 but soon to be installing the JR XS3...am I able to set up the brakes better with the JR?

Also Mike..do you have a link to the pics og the 40 series aluminum rims you are selling?

Widemouthmaxx, we had 2 threads about the brake fade here. Can't remember the titles, though. Mine was "9918 only brakes when it wants", but there's another one, a bit newer. Gotta check it.

I don't think the transmitter has anything to do with this problem. I think it's a bug in the controller.

What gearing do you use?

Here's a pic of the wheels..... if you want I have a brand new set for sale, I just bought it from MIke but it doesnt work with my UE cvds cos the UE ones doesnt have teh pin under the hex...... LMK if youre interested...
