problem with novak 4.5
 

hi i have a big problem. i am from kuwait and i just get novak brushless systm 4.5

i program it but the motor not run i ask the novak by email they told me:
Please note that to claim warranty you will have to go through our distributor in Kuwait which is: MY TOY COMPANY

i went to my toy company yesterday they told me we cant do anything this factory problem.

so now just the esc work :019: do you have any motor work with it or its just work with 4.5 motor that come with

check the sensor plug, see if its plugged in good.

i just hear sound when throttle with rotor move :( i think its broke from inside

make sure your pinion gear is on the shaft tight!

i remove it from e-maxx and just hear sound without run. don you have any replacment motor?

I think you can get replacements, but I would email Novak again. If this thing does not work, the Toy Company should send it to Novak FOR you.

what shoud i do now. i send 2 emails and they not response. please tell me if here any replacment motor? i can buy 4.5 motor but i hate novak now and the way that they used for customer.

first you can check what exactly is wrong;

you say you hear a noise. is it a grinding noize or a beeping noise?

Perhaps your controller is dead, and not your motor. Might be. Perhaps the rotor came loose from the magnets; in this case you can buy a new rotor.

And if you are sick of it; you can get a Mamba-Maxx controller with a Wanderer 9XL motor.

the noise i heard like somthing catch the rotor and cant turn and move and the three wires get very hot

The controller/motor can be bought through Mike (the owner of this forum) it will damage your bank account with 230-240 dollars.

are you sure 12 cell ( mamba max + 9XL ) faster than 14 cell ( novak 4.5 ) ?

No, you never mentioned the 12 vs 14 cells?

12 good cells can deliver about 1100-1200 watts. the novak won't use that amount of juice.
the 9XL will if you gear it for speed.
