Will the UE driveshafts work with the HB diffs?

Yeah should. I don't see no probs.

Would I use the ue drive cups or would the ue cvds fit the cups on the hb diffs?

I would use UE cups with UE shafts, the reason is simple; the UE shafts use long pins, to divide the stress in the cup. (larger contact area) The cups are designed with a thicker part in it. So the UE cups/UE shafts will be more durable in terms of wear.
