Rubber, Teflon or metal?

Looking to get a replacement set of bearings for my 18T. I rarely do any off roading with the thing so I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I read somewhere that the rubber ones can slow the car down a little? Is this true? I'm looking to free things up a little.
Thanks.

If no dirt is involved the metal shielded one can free up some resistance

Also, if you need extra smoothness and durability, get the ceramic bearing kit for your mini truck.
Rubber does add more resistance.

FullForce has some ruber sealed bearings and i have some for my mini t and they dont seem to slow the bearing action down a little i spun the front wheel and it spun longer than the metal bearings. PLus they look cool

Thanks guys.
After doing more research, I found this chart (scroll down).

Looks like I'll go with the teflon to free up some resistance. Rubber was the worst.
