screws.
i need screws, good ones.
any suggestions welcome. rcsrewz and hexsrews have kits for my truck, any others? (for twin force).:D |
i buy screws in a specialized screw store.
12.9 grade steel screews is what you need. fullforcerc has some sets but did not find twin force one |

they sell 12.9 grade screws |
You could always check out Tony's Screws. They have nice products.

while not in kit form you can get great deals on screws at www.mcmaster.com

i looked @ tony's and he doesnt seem to carry the 2.6x10 and 2.6x16 screws that are needed in the axles.
but thanks guys. i'll just wait a little while and see what i can do. |
2.6 x 10? Are you sure? I've seen 2.5mm and 3mm but never 2.6mm.
Double check that. |
yes, manual says 2.6x10 and 2.6x16.
rcsrewz lists them also. |
i use rc screws but if not used in the right situation the bend easly for example if used in a stress area they most likely bend but if placed in the right area can be strong you just got to watch where you place them. They seem to hold but put it this way i was installing them and trying to create my own threads with the screw and it bent. I prefer the black 12.9 screws IMO think they are the strongest like the ones that come with the xxx-t or other stuff like flm stuff, or tonys, or fulforces screws. That is just my opinions on screws.
