Hi -- I wanted to contact someone-- I emailed the "Contact" link on the web-- The emails get bounced back (FYI). I tried the suggestion Serum gave and used the gmail address -- That went thru ok a couple of days ago. I wanted to order some things and had some questions. I have seen some people have called but I see no telephone #. I am wondering what the normal response time for questions is?

Generally, I was still wondering what the general response time was on emails? Just wondering what to expect.

Specifically my son recently had a motor mount made by (mike?) for his OFNA Hyper 7. It looks great by the way. I think he bought the motor from RC-Monster as well.

I would like to get a motor mount made for me. I am going to buy a
feigao 8xl motor also. By any chance were there any other mounts made or
would I need to send in my chassis like he did? I have a OFNA hyper 7 also.

Dont worry Mike will respond. He usually responds within 24 hrs to my emails. However, I havent gotten a response yet either. He must be on vacation or something.

I don't think he is on vacation, since he is supposed to be sending back my buggy within the next day or so. As for emails, he responds very quickly, usually within a day to a day and a half. But is very busy, so you can't ask for much more.

I know he is very busy at this moment with RC-monster related stuff.

normally you can expect a reply within 24 hours.
