Still waiting for the updated G-maxx products before going into production to ensure proper fit and drive shaft lengths, but here are a couple snapshots of the prototype. The pictures aren't the greatest(I need a better camera), but you can hopefully see the genral layout. One picture shows the top down view - the other shows the motor adjustment arrangement, which is accessed through the lower side of the truck. :)

Thanks. :) I may make a central motor mount for the Maxx version, but the version shown allows the motor to clear the Revo shocks and will fit the standard motors as well as the larger Neu motors. :)
My favorite feature is the motor mount - it uses 4 screws to attach the motor(twice as strong, especially for the shallow Lehner motors) to the mount, but the mount adjusts from the bottom, similar to a nitro motor. :) |
