what motor for a flm pede
 

what motor should i get for my flm pede i was leaning tword a lehner 5300 w/ a mgm 80 with (8 cells) is this a good choice or is there a beter lehner that will make me go faster and have more torque with 8 cells? if so please let me know. -TwzteD

The 5300 on 8 cells is more power than the pede will ever need! Even the 4200 on 7 cells is tons of fun in the pede. I run the 4200 in my pede, on 11.1 volt LiPo. I prefer the 4200 with a little extra voltage to the 5300.

ok but would you recomend me getting the 5300 w/ 8 cells bc i aint got no lipos and the mgm 80 can handle this motor and 8 cells is it a good combo? and how fast do you thik it will go stock out da box? just guess for me lol thx




oh also how long do you thik it would take to charge a gp33oo 8c with a 959?

if you charge at 4.5 amps on the 959, it will take about 40-50 minutes.

Even the 4200 will get way into the 40s with 8 cells. The 5300 is overkill in my opinion, but it sure will be a fast pede!

full flm kit+ castor blocks.
nitor pede fornt axles
rpm rear 5x11 hubs with bearings.
associated teflon team shocks
tranny is fully bearing also and has a steel (not aluminum idler)
imex swamp dawg tires clwawz.front are nitro fronts and rear is front electric to give equal wider

also i have 2 more questions the hightr the mhz on a radio the beter or opisit and whats the diff between the gp3700 n 3300 ? what oes the extra 4mah do?

75mhz radios have 30 possible frequecny channels to choose from vs. 6 channels on 27mhz. Stick with 75mhz if you are buying a radio. The extra 400mah in the 3700s equal about 12% more runtime.
