989 questions

hey guys, i have a question about the 989 i am getting new batteries for all my cars and i would like to try some of the batteries from apogee, and i need to get a new charger and i was wondering if the apogee's will work with the 989?

Yeah, no problem; the apogees have the same charge process like the normal lipo packs.

The 989 is a pretty easy to use charger. Most I've talked to seem to like it.

ohh ok, is there alot of upkeep to the apogees cuz i am not much of a battery guy thats why i ussually get cheap packs so if something happens i just replace them, but are the apogee's pretty tough.

wait, u guys know we mean limn rite?

wallot 05.18.2007 06:08 PM

yeah. if u say apogee ppl will think first of limn even tho they make also regular lipo. they are charged in the same way as lipo but can handle up to 2C charge current. u will have no problems with 989.
