BL muggy!
 

well after seeing no mods e muggy, i NEED one, its just what im lookin for!

its a monster truck, but its SOOOOO simple, i an def bash it. i can get rpm

stuff so its tougher if needed, im pretty shure the diffs are tough...


now i NEED torque lol, i want to run atleast 4s, prob 5 or 6 with the r1mt, or

mmm, i think a neu, but if the cogging isnt fixed i will lmt it, but i think its

lmt that has loong cs and all that, and neu are quick to get... i think caps, and

hardwired stuff will be fine tho...i want to do bask flips (i want MASSIVE

POWER) its a big truck, and i wan this thing to just have so much power im

scared to drive it lol, thats my dream basher.... prob have mike make a

motor mount.. and thats about it really isnt it?


so to sum that up, what motor, what lipos, what gearing?

You sure the Muggy is the right candidate for backflips, etc? It is super heavy.

I would talk to AAngel about gearing. He said he ran 9 with a 5s I believe as 10 would cog it. He then sold it, and I believe that's it.

im going to run the nice motors tho.... belive me, a neu has the power to flip it..... with a locked center diff that is.........and i mean stand still punch it flips

I know that, but what's the point of having a heavy truck with a center diff if you want it to be agaile and have a locked center diff.

and yes i willl be doing in air flips! ever heard of 100wt shock oil and stiff springs? thats what my buddys runs in his last, he has yet to break a arm or anything from jumping and all that, and he SUCKS at driving to

I almost bought a Muggy last week. Great truck, but like supralover said...it's a heavy truck 11.5 - 12 Lbs. A REVO 3.3 is 9.8 Lbs. A Jammin CRT is 9.25 Lbs.

who cares if its heavy? u say there heavy, but whats con? it wieghs more but i dont care at all

Because a heavy truck strains it's parts more, is harder to get moving, will make your elecs. heavier. My point/what I was trying to say was there is no point in getting the muggy with center diff when you could get an LST which is a better basher with no center diff, and there are SO many other choices. There's a reason you don't see many E-muggies. It's just not that good of a truck.

u lock the center diff, then u dont needs a hundred tranny gears, just one center diff, and i will lock it, takes less space is simplified..

and harder to get moving, thats why theres more then one size motor....uu build ur jammim, i build this and were all happy

Yes, I've driven one, yes, I've talked to someone who worked for Losi, yes, I've read countless threads on it, yes, it's known there are many problems. I was going to purchase one instead of an MGT but read/experienced it. I wasn't trying to burst your bubble I was just trying to give you some knolege.:032:

i have a nitro muggy and DAMN! that thing is a friggen beast!! handles SO amazingly! imagine it BL!! WOOHOOO!!! talk about fun!!

well look at the post under urs...... anyone who has really track driven one or so would say so........i know what i want, its not to big, not to heavy, its just rite, u cant bash a buggy worth crap, nor a truggy compared to this thing.. same drivetrain, just LOTS higher up... belive me, if a buggy had the same ground clearence id take that, but im bashing this

Just want to say that buggy's can bash very well. My Xterminator for example, doesn't handle all that great, nor was it designed to race or be on a track. It was designed for the basher, just like the current XT2.

I don't know about any problems with it, as I have never experienced it, but it looks to be a fairly straight forward conversion, and should be a nice basher, as well as an occasional racer.

i know, i had a ofna 9.5 violater..... i bashed it hard! but u simpely cant beat more then 4 in of ground clearence...... u cant drive over big azz rocks and all..... belive me if i could race id take a buggy and do it up like supra, it loks supa =P but i dont have a track within 1hr's and 20 mins so yeah
