RC-Monster Forums - E-Maxx brushless project- ??? what motor to use

I have an E-maxx roller waiting for a motor and batteries. I am not very educated in the brushless aspect of these vehicles but I run a Novak 3.5r in my tc4 and it supplies plenty of power with a 7.2v 4200mah battery. I was wondering which motor is recommended to use in my roller that has minimum maintenance and minimum knowledge needed for brushless. I have enjoyed the novak in my tc4 with no complaints. What are your thoughts on the hv maxx novak 6.5, 4.4, and 4.5? Would you recommend a different motor? Also, what batteries should I use and how many cells? 6+6 for a total of 14.4v or 7+7 for a total of 16.8v? (I will not be using lipos)

I am a major newb in the brushless/electric aspect and will appreciate any help and advice.
