I have a feigao xl7 with a 36t spur and a 17t pinion with a 14.8v lipo. its a revo with stock diffs and tranny gearing.

As long as your batteries can supply the current, it should wheelie at pretty much any gearing (within reason, of course).

7XL is one wheelie happy motor..
