Going to try something new

I bought one of these at my local plane shop today,http://www.neumotors.com/20061222/11...es%20data.html, it is the 1107/2y/3.2mm shaft model. I been thinking of trying a high voltage low kv in a stampede or smaller for a while now and got the motor to try it with. The motor is good for 60,000 rpm and 21v max, so i got room to play with. when i get it runing I'll let you know how it does and maybe can get a vid on it as well

Thinking of trying a MM, just to see if the smaller Neus are different. I got a quark 80amp coming soon

I was doing some checking and the motor will not fit without an adapter, so the 1/10 setup is off. But, I found out the motor will line up in 380 mounts, so it will still have a home in my mini quake. I had a 1020/11turn in it and it was not a good setup, seemed to not like pulling the mini quake with a 5400kv, but the Neu has a 3400kv, which is almost perfect for MINI MT. there is a slight shift in the plans but it will give me a chance to see if the mamba 25 can do Neu;)
