Are maxamps tq cells good ?

Hi !

I,d like to know if maxamps tq 4400mah nimhcells are any good ?
will they bee good enough for powering a wanderer 8xl in a 1/8 buggy ? if i use 12st of them ? and how long runtime can i get ?
