Stock Sliders
 

I tied one in a knot today just running stock Titans.

I bodged it by bending it back and shoving a nail down the centre, it is now stronger than the other stock sliders on the truck. Real solid!

It seems that just hammering a nail down the center of one strengthens it loads, then hack saw the end off if it sticks out. Does it seem like a stupid idea?

Going to purchase some proper CVDs after the weekend though, just thought I would share my quick slider fix. :)

You can also sleeve the exposed part to beef up the stock sliders. Good idea that makes the slider stronger, but the "ears" will break still occasionally when this type of mod is done.
