anyone make one of these for a 3.3 chassis for use with tekno conversion or mike's mount? know where i could get one custom?

No:diablo: And i realy don't know why nobody make a 1/8 style center diff to use with stock revo chassis. This is a popular machine and a 1/8 scale center diff would be the better thing to put on a stock revo frame.

Mike has made a custom center diff for the Gorillamaxx chassis. And I know metalman made a center diff as well for a stock chassis Revo, however, it also had an integrated slipper if I remember correctly.

I am sure Mike can make one if you ask, but he is awfully busy with other parts and projects for clients, so don't expect a reply immediately.

NO! i've simply take the decision to re install a nitro engine in my revo and convert a 1/8 buggy or truggy into brushless.

buggy and truggy already have a bulletproof drive train, no wory about spend lot of $$$ on the drivetrain.

Just decide if i make a buggy or a truggy.

Traxxas already makes a center diff for the stock Revo transmission. I've been running mine for over a year now with no problems.

But that's a transmission... I personally HATE transmissions for use with BL, unless it's a 2wd electric. When I had my Revo, I sold off the transmission right away to BrianG, and made my version of the "slipperential". Just to throw it out there, here are pics of it:

To each their own but if you want to get technical, your slipperential is a transmission. The only difference is that yours is exposed and uses a 1/8 diff.

Personally I'd rather drop $30 for the Traxas diff and call it a day. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about improving my vehicles but I've found that I really need to pick my battles as I got to the point where I was spending more time building car parts than I was actually driving them. I'm getting to the point where I'm starting to turn things around :intello:

well i want it for its simplicity, durability, and especially weight savings, metalman, how much weight did you approx save with your diff? is there weight added or subtracted with the traxxas center diff with the tranny?

You know what???? the easyest way to have a solid drive train without having to spend long time to modify alot of part is to buy a true truggy, and this is what i'll do this week-end, i'll buy a Jammin CRT pro.:na:

I answered those questions in the PM. But for everyone else to see, here's my response:
I sold off the tranny before making the "slipperential", so I wasn't able to get a comparison of weight. However, if you are going to compare the weight of the "slipperential" to the weight of the tranny, you should also factor in the weight of the stock Revo engine mount, as that would also be removed if you were to use my design.
