nitro boat what do i need.

i just picked up a nitro boat at a garage sale. i have never driven nitro before so what do i need when i go to the hobbie shop? it is a hydo plane.any ideas would be nice.:oh:

I would say sell the nitro gear, and convert it to electric, seriously. A picture or 2 would be useful, and some dimensions.
