Do you know if there is another controlleur able to drive the bigmaxximum?

Wow, a serious contender for Serums Hall of Shame!
(btw, Rene, have you seen Rhylsadars?)

Right at this point it's hard to find a controller to handle 4-pole motors. (that's the reason why Schulze can charge what they want)
But there is supposed to be a suitable replacement any day now. As far as I know, the new Castle Creation ESC and the new MGM will handle a 4-poler up to 16 cells. But Mike will have to confirm this information.

That is NOT cool...

Another one bytes the dust..

No, i have not seen rhylsaders. I will include this one to my wall of shame.

I don't know about the castle controller, but i guess it will run the 4 pole (because it are smart people ate CC) the MGM can handle a 4 pole, Though i don't know at what rpm..

The castle controler is supposed to have no limit, but that could change in the final product.

Man that really bites.

Chase023 07.19.2005 03:46 AM

Damn that sux!

What gearing was he using and how many cells?

SpEEdyBL 07.19.2005 02:57 PM

The max rpm for the mgm is 150,000 for 2-polers so 4 pole would be 75,000.

@chase.. I've seen them burning with 16 and 18.. It doesn't matter.. They just burn like a dry forest...
