need help with 14.8v 4s1p 5000 li-po from truerc, how do i charge the thing there is two plugs pic of battery http://home.comcast.net/~truerc/custom/custompack.htm
and if the small conector is the charger where do i get something to charge it

You charge through the main red and black power wires (once you add your preferred connector) like any normal battery. The small connector with 5 wires in it is for balancing the pack so each cell is exactly the same voltage. You need a lipo capable charger like the Superbrain 989, Hyperion chargers, etc. And then, depending on the charger you get (the newer Hyperions have a built-in balancer), you might need to get a balancer unit.
