LSP Center Diff
 

I'm having a problem installing a 46t kyosho spur gear onto the center diff. The spur wont go on flush with the diff case even when i try to force it in. Am I suppose to cut a piece off of the spur gear to make it fit?

make sure you use a seal...
and it'll close when you tighten the screws..

I have the same probleme when i've mine, and i've grind a little bit the diff cup with a Dremel tool and i fit perfectly.

David, do you use the stock screws or do you use counter sunk screws or does it even matter.
