Are you asking how to connect a LVC to the ESC in the new E-Maxx? Or what LVC to buy for the ESC in the new E-Maxx?

Sorry !

What i ment was : How do i connect 2st lvc units to the esc that comes with the new e-maxx ? I need 2st right ? one for eatch set battey leads ? I have only seen lvc-units made for esc,s with one battery plug! :) But the e-maxx controller,s got 2 st.

you are really throwing everyone off by saying 2st. just say 2, or two. you should have one built in the controller already. if you must use one, you can just connect it up to one of your batteries and that should have you covered.

Tash, he is talking about a stock evx2 esc. No built in lvc. i would say that 1 lvc would be enough, just makes sure it is on the bec side. The esc takes power for the bec of one of the two inputs. Should be pretty obvious just est each input seperately and see which one power it up. The hook the lvc up to that one. Unless your packs are different, it should switch off the power when one gets low, so the other should be about the same. To be honest, I do not need a lvc anymore. I can tell when the pack is dropping voltage, which is about time to recharge!

I cant believe that Traxxas didnt build a LVC into the EVX2. I'm really surprised by that. Seems like a huge oversight on their part IMO.

linc: I hear ya on being able to tell when a pack is about to dump. I can usually feel that its starting to go about a minute before the pack dumps . Most times I just stop before the lvc ever cuts me off.

Yeah, once you get usd to lipos it is easy to tell when they are ready to hit the lvc. I have a 9920 in my emaxx and am not going to bother to put a lvc on it. It is a nice feature to have, but it is not really necessary.

haha, i was thinking bec when i typed that, not lvc. my bad.
