Coupler?
 

For the E-Maxx tranny, what exactly does it do?
Is it something to lock it into 2nd?
I have mine locked into 2nd using 2 screws.

Yeah, it's a coupler from G-maxx, it hooks up the center drivedog to the 2nd speed gear.

2 screws work like a charm too though, this is more convenient, since it's easier/quicker to service.

so does rc-monster sell the coupler?

he USED to have them; though i don't know if they still are widely available, the g-maxx stock seems to be quite low around everywhere..

oh ok. if i couldn't do that i could allways try to get the money for the g-maxx single speed conversion and sell my old tranny gears for a little bit.
