Good customer service is something many people overlook when purchasing equipment, because the sole criteria is price. Sometimes paying the extra cash is worth it in the long run.

You don't hear too many stories about Neu customer service because it's rarely needed. A friend of mine had a problem and received outstanding service. Neu is stateside, so that helps too.
