hi
schulze just anounnced some new future controller: future xxl 40.300K (with a heatsink) and WK (watercooling). some may be interested in this 'monster'. 300A constant (400A surge), 10-40c nimh, 3-14s lipo, 146*95*36mm, 460g (!) weight, universal programming with DIL switches etc, price: tba, 2nd quartal of 08. http://www.schulze-elektronik-gmbh.d...fut-xxl-3i.jpg shown without 'case'. source: http://www.schulze-elektronik-gmbh.de/ bye rhylsadar |
Soon to be found in your Prius!
460grams, and the size of spain! With all respect, this puppy has impressive specs, too bad it's that large and heavy. I guess it will be ideal for the huge boats and planes. |
wow - now that's HV!
wait... it's over.... one pound?! |
that thing is huge.
With that size, voltage, and current capability, should make a very nice fireworks display.
quite heavy  maybe more suitable in a largescale conversion.

You'll probably need to take out a loan to buy it though...
Great time of day. That thing is huge. Man if it was only smaller and didn't fry on hook up.
I am disapointed that it does not have a center diff and provisions for front and rear gearbox mounting. Would make a good dual purpose chassis/esc for a buggy, or something else large.
Its alot of money for a solar-igniter....
Those aren't 3.5mm connectors, are they? And to think there are already problems with 3.5mm connectors on the MUCH smaller 18.97kwf.
I was wondering about the connector size as well
knowing schulze the price will be as big and heavy as the controller.
times 1.46, with the current dollar/euro rating..
those plugs look bigger than 3.5's though. |
hi
imo this esc will be great in 6th scale conversion. maybe in the watercooling version with a bolido or a big lehner. i wonder if they bring a new more 8th scale compatible esc like the 24.150 that was in their catalog. they have also some new 'value futures' out. however they seem to programmed with 'boatmodus'. a 24.60oW for around 94euro incl 19% vat. that sounds like a nice price for a nice little esc. those plugs look like 6mm gold plugs to me. thats the size the 40.160wk had mounted. the problem with the 3.5mm on the 18.97 i 'solved' with just plugging in a short wire with the 3.5mm plugs and 4mm gold plugs on the other side to the motor. i expected the 'fire hint' in here. kinda bias against schulze. on average they do not tend to burn more easily than any other. bye rhylsadar |
