I think the batteries are going to be ok. The motor mount should prevent them from being eaten by the spur. Didnt have a problem there yet. And the cables.... I dont know. Seen it...

Thanks Jhautz, you just saved me from wasting 10 Bucks. Makes me want xray starting to get into the brushless business like losi and ae with the platic spurs.
