HELP lipo's to big

My lipo's came today as did my new motor and controller. I cant seem to figure out how to get the lipo's mounted, there huge. Anyone have any ideas?

Well at least I found the problem (I mean Serum did), the bad thing is more $$$. I have to buy a whole new BL setup. My BEC wires got all burnt up also.
So how do I stop this from happening again?...

Its not just $500 its more like an investment of a couple thousand. The $500 is just this week! Most of the time Warr. is for manufacture defect, not owner defect.

Everything looked good, no wires were exposed. I stored it in a big plastic bin. Everything was the same as I have used before many times with no problems. Same batt. 18 gp3300, forgot what gearing....
