I have been over 60 mph with my lehner 5300/ warrior 9918 in my traxxas bandit(buggy). This is only on 8 cells too. Way overgeared though.

On safe gearing it is around 50 mph maybe a little more...

It is amazing how hard it is to get a RC car over 60 and be under control of it. It took me quite a bit of tuning and the right tires until I finally got it to stop flipping over just before 60 mph....
