Neu rotor replacement

My 5mm shaft snapped on my Neu motor today. Does anybody know if they cover broken rotors? Or will I have to try to buy my own, and replace it myself?

Also I am using a 3pk radio but I have the 2.4 system on it....

Thanks, and like I said, I have no proof of my speed YET but everyone said it had to be at least 70... I was last clocked at 64mph and I made some major upgrades since then. Anyways, heres the video....

I'm looking at buying a cheap back up esc for my truck. Which one of these combos will create the most HP?

28 amps on 10s lipo
43 amps on 8s lipo
97 amps on 6s lipo
