Probably the switch. Most guys I know are using the switch until it acts up (like yours seems to be) then cutting it off & soldering the wires togeather. No more switch problems.

Shark, I helped a buddy with this exact conversion a few weeks ago. We did the same thing using the 3mm screws. He has been running it for like 3 practice days and they seem to be holding up fine.

It should not be cogging, there is a problem somewhere. Make sure all you connection are good with good solder joints on the bullets.
