I know it will fit a 6 cell pack because I designed my tray to use 2s/3s lipo or 6 cells. Mike will soon (hopefully) offer a drop-in mount so it's just a matter of making a battery tray. The CRT.5 is ~$250, servo (225MG) about $30, and the MM system is around $215. That's pretty close to your budget provided you already have the radio. But, yeah, I understand you want something quick. Stay tuned as I'm sure others will offer suggestions.
