Great to hear you are happy with it. As for the battery question, I dont run the flightpower packs but I run packs that use the same cells in the 4350mah size and they are great Never even break a sweat. I would imagine that with this smaller 1930 motor setup you wont have an issue with overloading them. Plus the RTR weight will be down even more so you should draw even less current.

I think you are on the right track with getting the 3700 packs for the 15 min races and then just running 2 paralell 3700 packs stacked for the long 30min mains. Might be hard to fit 2 of the 3700 packs under the lid though.
