Yeah, two other benefits of lower current are lower heat and greater runtime. Although runtime depends on what you consider "good". I get about 40ish minutes on a hot setup (1512/2d (2600kv) with 8Ah 4s pack). So, since your setup won't be so hot, and probably lighter, I would estimate on right around 25ish minutes of runtime on a 5Ah pack. Of course, this depends a lot on weight, drive style, etc.
Before you go and order stuff, I'd wait to see what others say about this recommendation. Doesn't hurt to get other opinons.
