Some type of heatsink, fan or not, always helps tremendously. Those Integy ones are made for 540 brushed motors so I don't know how much they would help with a large brushless motor. You should try the
RC-Monster Heatsink. Lots of members have used it with great results. You can always put a fan on it too if needed.
